The game really is that good, and a lot of people I'm sure purchased it in 2010 so yes for them it can be their 2010 goty. The same applies for any game that comes out toward the end of the year, if it was good enough.
Well at my particular gamestop they had two lines for the midnight release, one for the ps3 and one for the 360. The ps3 line was about a third of the size, with most of the groups of kids in the 360 line. Like I said that was just at my gamestop. I got my copy faster though so it was kind of nice.
seems like a good update, im still waiting for new lightsabers though. The colors they have are not my taste.
I cant wait for GT5, its an absolute day one buy for my playstation 3. It truly looks like the most complete racing game to date.
idk why but whenever he speaks in the game I just see images of bill paxton flashing in my head. Maybe I've seen tombstone too many times. I can see a slight resemblance to jason lees voice now that you mention it.

I havent played enough to be turned off by any annoyances just yet. It does bother both my girlfriend and I however that John is voiced by a no name Bill Paxton soundalike. Why not just get Bill Paxton to do the voice? He cant be that expensive.

I agree with the article. I think if MLG opened up and held numerous casual tournaments perhaps for unorthodox games and backed it up with heavy promoting and touring they would rake in the cash. Make it like the WWE for gaming.
They might enjoy their obscure niche crowd they attract, but they hold a potential goldmine.

StarHawk + BF3 = gaming bliss for me. I really hope they are being made or at least one of them.
Luckily this time around jumping wont be the only main mechanic since you can make basically any time of game you want. It looks like theyll have to find something else to complain about.

Mag is a fine game, if you are a squad based shooter fan you cant go wrong. My local buddies and I like to squad up and play, it leads to a fun time every time. Plus with the free dlc its like they are paying you back for playing. Its really best with friends though, i recommend trying it.
Dead Rising was one of my favorite games on my xbox 360. I absolutely can not wait for DR2, it seems long overdue imo.

Have you not seen the trailers or the previews? I think the hype is justified in this case. Considering there are still people creating on the first game, with over 2 million levels and counting, its hard to imagine the possibilities with LBP2. I cant believe how many bitter people came out of this announcement, you are at least the 10th one I've seen just on this site.
There is a nice juicy space for this game on my shelf right after LBP and LBP goty.
I guess thats what happens when you get fed one high profile game after the other. As for LBP2, there are a lot of real fans that have been waiting for some kind of announcement like this so our excitement is justified. I'm sure you will be excited for the next Fable game, should we all laugh at you then?
Hopefully we'll actually be able to explore the city and not be limited to using the subway tunnels to get around.
